In addition to delivering a positive impact on communities, the thirteen winning developments have demonstrated a high standard of excellence and innovation in land use practice. We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to this year’s jury members for their time and effort in handpicking some of the best real estate projects in Asia Pacific. We look forward to the next edition of our Awards next year and seeing what the region has to offer.”
The ULI Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence recognises the full development process of a project beyond just architecture or design. The jury evaluated projects and programmes on a wide range of criteria, based on the extent to which they:

Have a positive impact on communities and/or immediate context;
Are environmentally sustainable and/or resilient;
Provide a model or strategy that can be replicated in other projects or communities.
“We are pleased to have gathered a rich pool of phenomenal project entries, which highlights the sector’s resilience with an innovative mindset in face of economic disruptions.” said Peter Holland, jury chair, and advisor to Cistri. “The entries we received have demonstrated an exceptional repertoire of the real estate experts involved and have injected a powerful stream of inspiration and innovation into the industry. The jury has selected thirteen outstanding projects from an extremely competitive ground of sixty-two submissions in total and looking forward to the future. We are certain that the heightening calibre of incoming submissions in the region will continue, thereby inspring others within the industry.”
The international jury that selected the winning projects is compiled of leading ULI members representing multidisciplinary real estate expertise, including finance, commercial real estate, urban planning and development, design, architecture, and other professional services.
